This shift in the doctor-patient paradigm because for the first time people have the tools to play an active role in their health. I have personally seen a greater willingness of healthcare professionals to use the internet in their practice. I don't know if he can really claim any better aggregate availability than our current situation, which is necessary for the claim of permanence. I'm also worried that Dr. Murphy's regulatory desires regarding SNP data will hamper what could be the biggest revolution in healthcare this century. I'm not being critical simply to be a downer, just to force them to flesh out their arguments so simple questions like mine have answers.
